Noah was great. He came in and identified the problem quickly and did a full inspection of my A/C while changing the capacitor.
I completed the scheduled maintenance agreement heating tune up on a gas furnace. I visually inspected the unit. Checked voltages, amps and pressures. Completed combustion analysis. Cycled and monitored system. Operating normally at this time.
I installed a Five Star 80% 60,000 BTU Up-Flow Gas Furnace. I cycled and monitored the system and it is operational at this time.
working and the heat would come on the turn off. Customer also said that she tried to take the thermostat off the wall. Tech found that the thermostat connection was lose and flashing low battery. Tech replacement batteries that customer provided. Tech replaced thermostat on wall and made sure the connection was tight. Tech cycled fan on thermostat. Fan came on.. I cycled heat. Heat came on and has been running for ten mins with no issues.
