The check of the AC unit went fine. It appeared to be thorough and was done on time and as expected. My only problems were the thermostat was not turned back on to heat (it’s a cold Spring) and the door to the furnace room was left open.

I installed a Carrier 16 SEER 4 Ton Air Conditioner. I cycled and monitored the system an it is operating normally at this time.

I completed the scheduled maintenance agreement fall tune up on a Carrier Infinity Series gas furnace. I visually inspected the unit. Checked voltages, amps and pressures. Completed combustion analysis. Cycled and monitored system. Operating normally at this time.

I performed a service call. Upon arrival customer stated that there is water leaking out of the bottom of the furnace. I found water was leaking out of the vent pipe where it comes out of the side of the furnace. I extended the vent pipe outside of the furnace and connected into the existing vent PVC pipe. Furnace is no longer leaking.
