I completed the scheduled maintenance agreement fall tune up on a Carrier 96% Multi-Speed 100,000 BTU Gas Furnace. I visually inspected the unit. I checked voltages, amps and pressures. Completed combustion analysis. I then cycled and monitored system and it is operating normally at this time.
Upon arrival I went through tune-up checklist and confirmed that system is working within manufacturers specifications. The system heating properly upon departure.
I replaced a furnace control board, cycled system and confirm that system is now functioning properly and working within manufacture specifications, system heating properly upon departure.
I completed a heating tune up on a Goodman gas furnace. I visually inspected the unit. Checked voltages, amps and pressures. Completed combustion analysis. Cycled and monitored system. Operating normally at this time.
I completed scheduled maintenance spring tune up on a Carrier air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I completed diagnostics and found the unit is low on refrigerant. Potential slow leak. I was authorized to add refrigerant. The unit is operating and is cooling as intended.
I performed a tune up and safety check on a Carrier 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. I found no issues and the system was operating within manufacturer's specifications when I left.
